ClearScore, a fintech company, is seeking a Data Analyst with credit knowledge to join their monetisation team in Cape Town, South Africa. The role involves data-driven strategies, credit analysis, and monetisation insights. The successful candidate will be responsible for data analysis, collaboration, communication, management, reporting, and influencing credit products and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-depth analytics projects, using data and experimentation to identify opportunities
• Reporting regularly on business performance
• Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and tracking KPIs
• Producing regular reports on monetisation, user behaviour, and credit performance
• Driving a “data first” mentality with stakeholders to ensure that they are tracking the right data and interpreting it correctly

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline (Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Mathematical Statistics or similar)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a data-related field (data engineering, data analytics, BI, etc)
• 2 years of experience in a Data Analyst, BI Analyst role or similar A sound understanding of relational
